Corr\u00eda el a\u00f1o 1938 cuando el abuelo Tranquillo abri\u00f3 una peque\u00f1a panader\u00eda en Motta di Costabissara, donde se traslad\u00f3 con toda su familia. Con los a\u00f1os, Tranquillo diversific\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n, pero fue con su hijo Alessandro cuando la oferta se ampli\u00f3, complementando el pan y las focacce de su padre con cremas para untar, tartas nupciales y boller\u00eda fresca que repart\u00eda personalmente a bares y familias de la zona.
